Zinc And Healthy Skin And Cells!

I'm not in medicine ~` but I have been
learning about the body (our bodies) and how
they work! And what helps them!


One of the things that I have come to understand
is that our bodies are constantly going through
a process of growing and shedding and healing!
Cells are in a constant state of flux!
Cell breakdown and regeneration.

When I think of cells I think of zinc.
Zinc is a mineral that works well for
skin tissue issues as well.

Cell repair and skin tissue!
From what I have seen, zinc stops the
replication of bad cells. There is a
particular type of mineral source that is best for this.
Angstrom-sized minerals are small enough to enter
into our cells.
This is the size that works best for our cells!
