... to look for symptoms of a potassium deficiency!

Some symptoms that will appear as a result of low potassium may be:

  • Decreased Blood Pressure

  • Muscle Cramps

  • Sugar Cravings



Potassium is a muscle relaxer, much like magnesium!
Potassium is an electrolyte it helps to store sugar! It is a help with diabetes!

For me, I need to supplement with potassium as well as
magnesium on a daily basis!
