How to use Vitamins K2 and D3 for calcium control

Vitamin D3 works well together with Vitamin K2.

These vitamins work to metabolize and distribute calcium in our bodies.

In order to be well received, and properly distributed in our blood stream, calcium needs other vitamins!

Vitamin D3 is the form that specifically works to help calcium absorption. It is the best bio-available type of Vitamin D.

The D3 vitamin takes up to 25 times the amount of calcium, from the intestines, and pulls it in to the blood stream!

D3 greatly increases the amount of calcium, in the blood!

Calcium is an excitory mineral too! It always causes trouble if left to itself!

You are welcome to listen to this page!

What Role Does K2 Play?

There is another very important part of this equation!

Vitamin K2 helps to extract the calcium from the blood stream and deliver it to the places where we want calcium to be!

In the absence of this vitamin K2, there will be too much calcium left in the blood.

What Does Calcium In The Blood Cause?

Calcium plaque will be junked up in the joints! It will build up on the artery walls, and it will form along the gumline of the teeth!

What Forms Of Vitamin K Are There?

There are two forms of vitamin K that I am familiar with.

Vitamin K1 is useful for blood consistency, and clotting!

However, it is vitamin K2 that I am concerned with today!

And, that is specifically, K2, as Mk7! So, look for that on the label!

What Does Vitamin K2 Do For Us?

Vitamin K2 works together with Vitamin D3,

K2 helps to pull calcium out of the blood stream, and in to other places in the body!

K2 extracts the calcium from the blood and brings it to where we want calcium to be; to our teeth, bones and finger nails!

In the process, K2 keeps calcium from plaquing around our heart, our joints and our arteries and gum tissue!
