Today we're talking Vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the two most misunderstood supplements from what I see [the other is calcium].
I will put my video below where I talk about vitamin C not being ascorbic acid.

In the time since I made this video I have seen many times that even professionals are saying that ascorbic acid is Vitamin C.
It caused me to begin to wonder.

However, as with other ideas in my days on YouTube, I've come full circle in understanding the truth about Vitamin C.

For whatever reason, there are people who will say this.
But it isn't true.

You need all of the other components in order to have a real Vitamin C.

Another thing is that Vitamin C doesn't work if sugar is added or consumed with it. The sugar will win out with cell absorption. ~~~Nancy
