Hey everybody!
It's ~~~Nancy! I've got something new!
Some people are vegan and they eat very good, clean foods!

Then there's me,

I try and eat good foods - but, it doesn't always work out!
This afternoon at lunch I had a salad which is good - I put some chicken on it - and I had some blue cheese too!

Blue cheese - any cheese isn't the best. And - after the salad I was still hungry and I had some salami in the frige! So I had a sandwich - one slice of bread and 3 slices of salami! Beef salami!
Now, my cholesterol is important to me! I've got a very good HDL - from 79 - 83!

Which is very healthy! But ...
the way I get it (my HDL) so high is my own way!

I take oil vitamins - I use Olive Oil every day! And just lately I've added in a digestive enzyme! Because I think that is a great place to start - with the breakdown of the food!

My health food store man picked one out for me - he explained why and how he chooses this one! With pepsin in it - he told me about how they used to put pepsin in chewing gum because they knew that our bodies, don't digest gum!

Ah ha! they did that for us!

Specifically Beemen's Gum~ And I remember that!

So, this is an addition to my regimen!
I'll put some information below about the one I'm using - and a source for it!

And for one of the oil vitamins I use too!

Isn't that something - that they used to give us the enzymes we needed!

People used to look out for us! Today - we have to look out for ourselves! So - we will!
