Hi everybody! This is ~~~Nancy!

About me!

For several years now I've been hearing about the harmful aspects of Fluoride, in drinking water and certainly in toothpaste!
Knowing it and doing something about it are two different things. Now, in this past week I have done it. I let go of the old and brought in the new!
The cost is an issue for me so, I bought one tube of a non-fluoride and let go of the two tubes of the old stuff from the two bathrooms in the house. We'll share it between the two bathrooms for now. That will do! Gum tissue and the inside of the mouth is a huge receptor for entry into the blood stream.
I've know this but now I'm ready to change!

I'll put a link below for you for the type of toothpaste I'm using now. You have to be careful because this brand also makes a Fluoride option! Why????

On another note: During the past six years my lifestyle has changed quite a bit. It used to be that I was quite an active person.
My main choice in exercise was walking but I'd pretty much left this behind in these past years.
