I prefer to supplement with cranberry, rather than take it as a juice or in it's whole fruit form!


I supplement with cranberry for several reasons!
It is the absolute best thing for urinary tract health! And prevention is way better than having to reverse out an illness!

Cranberry has a substance that helps to prevent bacteria from sticking to cell walls!

Cranberry Contains Vitamin C

There is a good amount of Vitamin C in this fruit, it acts as an antioxidant which keeps dangerous free radicals from damaging the cells in the body!

I take Cranberry, a Vitamin E, sometimes I take a Castor Oil capsule or a Vitamin A! ~`Vitamins And Minerals I Take!
