Lemon Juice Or Lemons!

Lemon juice, or fresh lemons provide the body with a good amount of Vitamin C. Vitamin C reduces the amount of damage that can happen for our liver!

Apple Cider Vinegar!

Apple cider vinegar helps to prevent the storage of fat and speeds up digestion. ACV helps the pancreas to release enzymes which helps to process food better.

Lemon juice protects the liver by providing antioxidants and citric acid. This acid can help to prevent kidney stones as well. Lemon has antiinflammatory properties, it helps to prevent scar tissue.

The combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice is really good for our liver and can help with digestion, as well as taking some stress off of the liver!

It is very important to use an organic brand of cider vinegar as the commercial ones have pesticides!

Mixing Lemons And ACV!

Dr. Berg says that he uses about two ouncs of lemon juice, (a very good one), with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, (raw, unfiltered is good), mixed in to about 16 ounces of a very clean water!

He says that he uses this mixture after dinner, at about 6 to 7:00 at night.

He shared that some people use a smaller amount of this, taken before meals!

It is said that we can add a scoop of wheat grass powder to the solution! This can offer more nutrients to the beverage. Dr. Berg said that he normally takes some wheat grass powder early in the day before breakfast, and the apple cider vinegar /lemon juice at night. He said that this really helps with digestion!
