Hi there!
This is ~~~Nancy!

Dry Skin? Cracked Heels
Have you ever had cracked skin on the heels of your feet? I have!

At first I assumed it was dry skin, possibly caused by not drying my feet well enough after taking a shower! But that wasn't the case!
Nancy K Gurish Prevention is the best when it comes to our health! I try to, stay healthy through natural means!

So when I found that the heels of my feet had cracked skin, I searched to find out why!

Cracked Heels And Red/Brown Specks On The Legs

Tiny specks, or brown or red spots on the lower legs, along with dry cracked heels can be a sign of decreased blood flow, or inpeded circulation to the legs and feet.

But what does this mean and what can we do if it happens?
You can listen to this page!
Please note! The audio file will be posted here shortly!
I do have a video down below on this page!

The Liver

If our organ, the liver is in distress or compromised in any way; it may not show up in regular blood tests until the organ is 97% in trouble! But there can be early signs of liver disease that shows up on the lower legs and the heels!

Decreased circulation resulting from liver disesase can cause pigmented-marks, brown or red, to show up on the lower legs. Less blood circulation can also cause the skin on the heels to become cracked!

What Can Help?.

A change in food along with the additon of some supplements may help to reverse this situation! I did this for myself. See my video below on this page!

Keto Friendly Foods

Decreasing refined carbohydrates is one step in the right direction. You will find that this is a major part of the Keto diet plan. ~`Keto Section

Some of these common health situations are caused by eating too much of the wrong foods, for too long a time! Some of our bodies' cells can break down and begin to have trouble functioning properly; and health problems ensue.

White flour, white sugar, and white rice are three of the top offending foods that bring about circulation problems, and then health disorders will follow. ~`Circulatory Section

Add Cruciferous Vegetables!

These vegetables have the minerals that support health body tissues!

  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Kale, watercress, bok choy, green leafy
  • Broccli, brussels sprouts

Vitamins, Phytonutrients, Minerals

This group of vegetables are excellent sources of vitamins A and C. They are also rich in phytonutrients, which help to lower inflammation and also reduce the risk of developing cancer. See Phytonutrient Department

These vitamins and minerals can also prevent the breakdown of tissues, which cause health problems with the liver. Seven cups of these vegetables should be eaten per day!

Which Supplements to Use?

Vitamin B3 specifically, an Omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin E; and 300, 400 to 500mg of Choline. See my product listing below.

What Is Wrong With The Liver?

This type of symptom, cracked heels, or spotty marks on the legs can be an indication of a fatty liver.

Liver problems won't show up through normal testing, until the liver is up to 97% compromised. But liver disfunction may show up in problems with the feet and lower legs.

Does This Work?

I had cracked heels, and some spotty marks on my lower legs - and red dots as well: I found that the answer could be in using the Keto food plan and using these supplements.

I followed this plan and my heels became smooth and soft, and the red marks on my lower legs went away. I knew this meant success. ~`See Insulin Resistance

My husband had symptoms of an artery flow problem, and we found that to treat this problem you would use the Keto plan and use the supplements listed above; and he had success as well! See Artery Disease

After correction of our problems, both my husband and I have resumed a regular diet. I do however, lean toward eating along the Keto diet lines as much as I can! ~`See Reversing A Fatty Liver
