Hi! everyone!
Hi! I take magnesium each and every day for
my heart health! So, today I'm in search of
potassium rich foods, because I know that
we need a balance in our minerals!

His video lists clearly some foods that
contain good amounts of potassium!
I like to supplement with magnesium, but
I don't want to take potassium in supplement
form. I think it's safer to get it from foods!
