Your Health And Tech Friend! ~


What I know about in this world fall into two categories! Health and Technology! This happened for
good reason! As my family began to grow, our health was of course, at the forefront of my mind!
When I was 37 I got married and by the time I was 39 I had become a mom! The health of the family ~ is a huge
aspect of a person's life! And then in 2004 my first computer came onto the scene! And computer
technology ~ changed my life! Much more than 180 degrees!

One thing I learned is that health is not such a mystery! ~

I learned the importance and significance of food in the
way that minerals heal and protect the body!

And all the while, I accepted and was able to hang in as, the IT Tech in our family. For some
reason I could handle the router, the modem;
printers, all of the hardware and the software for a household computer sysem! And I learned! And kept
