Many of us get gum troubles time and again
in our lives. This is the answer that I share
from my personal experience. It has worked for me
three or four major times in my life.
I was referred for 'perio' work a few times
in my life - and this is the way I handled it.

Hi - I have to tell you really quickly that this isn't medical advice. see ~~~Nancy's disclaimer! (I will get that out of the way). I had a referral for a periodontist from my dentist's about 3 times.
I never saw the periodontist.

I'll put links (below) for some products that will

I brushed my gums with a baking soda - water paste;
did that - and it removed the plaque; and the gum
tissue -
got healthy.

Got gum disease again and brushed with hydrogen peroxide - water solution; and the gum tissue got healthy.
Got it again (this was all 7-10 years apart) and brushed gums with Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) - and the gum disease went away. It just takes the removal of the bacteria.
The bacteria is the reason for all of our gum and teeth issues.
Get rid of the bacteria and the gums heal. The teeth heal also; I brushed teeth and gums; and they always healed.
