Sleep What Helps?

One of the pieces to the puzzle that is the answer to my
trouble with sleeping is the need for
the mineral magnesium.
And for this, I supplement daily! See the Magnesium Section
However it is more than just that mineral!
For me, it seems that body temperature plays a large part in the trouble I have in falling asleep. After some long thought and searching, I've come to believe this to be a problem with hormone imbalance.
But trouble with sleeping began, for me at the age of 8-10, so, it's not completely due to aging or hormonal changes.
As I find out more about it, and gain answers, I will let you know
and I will tell you what works!

... endocrine system~ which is the only system of our bodies that I fell short on, when learning about biology in high school!
But I learned about the other 11 systems of human anatomy! One of the systems that I hold great interest in is the Circulatory System ~`. Knowledge of this system helps, among other things, at gaining protection from having to suffer from a stroke! Again, as I learn I will share with you!
A newer idea has come to me: can it be that we each have an individual body clock that we need to pay attention to? ~
