Magnesium Helps To Relax Muscles


All of my life I have had problems that stem from a magnesium deficiency!


Anxiety is one problem that I've had for decades!

Trouble sleeping is another and so is restless leg syndrome!.

I have had an irregular heart beat for most of my life. And I found that when I supplement with magnesium, my heartbeat is regular! ~`

All of these symptoms have gone away, but only if I take magnesium each and every day! I usually take one or two tablets before bed as well!

Why Does Magnesium Help?

It was in my 50's that I found out about the benefits of using a magnesium supplement.

Magnesium is known as a relaxation mineral!


Because it helps with muscle relaxation I actually sleep better!


Sleep had been a problem for me all of my life up until these past years that I've been taking a magnesium glycinate tablet, daily!

I sleep very well today! My anxiety is much lower as well!

Which Magnesium To Take?


There are several forms of magnesium! I've been taking magnesium glycinate now and that works very well for me!

Magnesium citrate is a laxative, and will cause very loose stools and possibly diarrheah!

Another form of magnesium that I like is the malate, the one I've used is a combination of magnesium and potassium!

Bone, muscle and brain are all helped by making certain that a person has a good supply of magnesium.

Symptoms of muscle twitching, anxiety, sleep problems; irritability, heart palpitations, angina, constipation!
