I've Found A Way To Sleep! Soundly!


Hey there Buttercups!

This is absolutely and wonderfully a fantastic new development in my life!

All of my life I've not slept well, since I was a small child!
There are a few supplements, including magnesium that I take in the evening to help me to get to sleep. But, I still have trouble, in both, getting to sleep and in staying asleep!

Which Supplements Work?

Just lately, I found a great supplement called Sleep3 Stress Support, I'll attach links to the pages where I talk about products that I use, or to the products themselves, so that you can find one to look at or purchase if you choose. ~`My Sleep3 page!

However!

There is a big, However here! I found a supplement that helped me to sleep, however after the first week, the actions of the supplement began to wane. Sleep supplements start off strong but eventually get weaker. ~`Sleep3 Supplement

So! Something that changed things for me in the past 8 days is that I began to study the Bible!

Home Schooling

Ever since the days that I home schooled my children, I learned how to study and learn any topic at all! So, I picked out a large sized, 3 ring binder! I chose a bright pink one! And lots of blank, different color 8-1/2 x 11 sheet paper! ~`See the Home School Hallway!

Then, I inserted section separators, and I began to read, write and watch videos about the Bible! I made a section for the Old Testament, and a section for the New! I created a separate page for each of the books of the Bible! Exodus, Numbers, etc. See my Bible Section!


Each and every day, I've taken out an hour, two or *three, to listen to videos, read from the Bible, write out a summary or key points, phrases, etc. And I'm learning what is in this great volume of knowledge!

The very first day that I began this work, I fell asleep, and I slept through the night! Soundly!

Note: Something that I find interesting is that, I've done office work, clearical work, throughout my life. I've worked as an Appliance salesperson at a Home Depot as well. And, work never, ever tired me enough to sleep!
There is something different about this study. Something different is happening for me!

What I'm finding is that my mind is getting sleepy! I've been exercising my brain!

In the past year I have been exercising physically! Some days I would walk a half mine, as well as do weight and band exercising! And, as tired as I was, I STILL did not sleep through the night, or fall asleep well!

The Brain Needs To Be Exercised!

It was my brain that needed to be exercised!

We all know that in order to heal physically, and lose weight effectively, you need to sleep well. Sleep helps the body to function properly!

This has been working for me for 10 days now, and, I do NOT intend to stop doing what I'm doing!

Also, I have to still talk to you of my thoughts about learning and studying the Bible! I've got a section devoted to the Bible here at my magazine! I'll begin to develop that section over time!
