Hi there!
This is ~~~Nancy!

When you were young, what time did you go to sleep?

Hey there Buttercups!

Well... I've found a new piece of the puzzle! Maybe!??

All of my life I've not slept well, since I was a small child! So, could it be that I need to factor in the time that I was layed down to sleep? What time of night did I go to sleep way back then!
So, last night I made a change: I went to bed an hour and a half earlier than I usually do. Normally I go up to my bedroom somewhere between 10:30 and 11:30 at night, but last night I turned in at 9:15. And, I slept through to about 4:30 a.m. It was wonderful!

A half hour before I go to bed I take my supplements. I still take the Sleep 3 product, listed just below. But I've added in some new ones, including a new melatonin-type patch that I found.

Which Supplements Work?

Just lately, I found a great supplement called Sleep3 Stress Support, I'll attach links to the pages where I talk about products that I use, or to the products themselves, so that you can find one to look at or purchase if you choose. ~`My Sleep3 page!

Home Schooling

Back when I homeschooled my children, I learned how to study and understand any topic at all! My method included picking out a large sized, 3 ring binder with separators, for many sections. I chose binders of many colors! And lots of different color 8-1/2 x 11 reams of paper! ~`See the Home School Hallway!~

On one occassion I began to read, write and watch videos about the Bible! I made a section for the Old Testament, and a section for the New! I created a separate section for each of the books of the Bible! Exodus, Numbers, etc. See my Bible Section!~ continue below...

Each and every day, I've taken out an hour, two or *three, to listen to videos, read from the Bible, write out a summary or key points, phrases, etc. And I'm learning what is in this great volume of knowledge!

The very first day that I began this work, I fell asleep, and I slept through the night! Soundly! .... Please see my page on reading the Bible for sleep!~

I have a preferred product listing at the bottom of this, and every page in my magazine!

A friend of mine explained to me the importance
of soaking and chewing apricot kernels~.
I've put together a video
that explains how to do this and, why you might wish to do this if you are using apricot kernels for your health!
