It holds dear memories for me of days when I
walked to the bus stop in the morning to wait for the
bus to go to school! This time of year always reminds me
of my school days!

household, so far, has been to freeze our credit with the three
reporting agencies see article below!
There was a breach in security with the credit
reporting agency, Equifax. One of my family member's information
was actually taken in this breach.

Equifax Data Breech: How to Freeze Your Credit ~:>
The credit reporting agencies will ask you to:
1) create a pin number so that you can
unfreeze your credit at another date.
2) ask you for your birthdate and social security number.
3) you will need to contact all three of the reporting agencies,
Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. I did this for my household!

I take Apple Pectin any time of day, starting with one per day, then two per day at meals. But it can be taken without food. Vitamin D3 is an oil vitamin, so it needs to be taken with food. ~~~Nancy
