There are many supplements that I take, each and every day, so - having a
supplement in a capsule form is important for me!
Sometimes I like to take this oil in it's liquid form, however there are times

Black seed oil is an anti-inflammatory substance! Inflammation is at the bottom of all disease - so, taking anti-inflammatory supplements is something I strive for!
I depend on supplements to keep illness at bay!

This oil is known by other names, black caraway, black cumin and black onion seed!
Black seed oil is an antioxidant and is known to be able to relieve pain as it reduces inflammation.
One other benefit is that it has been shown to reduce high blood pressure in mildly elevated cases. Reducing high cholesterol is another benefit!
