Hi there! This is ~~~Nancy!
Magnesium balances the calcium in our bodies!
The reason that I chose this supplement is only due to the fact that it does not
contain any calcium! That is very important to me!
Calcium Is A Bully
Calcium is just about the #1 root cause of most health problems! It is widly available
in foods, and is added in to our water supply, by way of calcium chloride. Calcium is
also added in to many foods and supplements as well.
Calcium, in the wrong form and in an incomplete form will gum up the works in and around our hearts, our female reproductive system; our joints, our brains... it's horrible!

Incomplete Minerals
A mineral supplement that is incomplete has it's own problems. Our bodies will store the incomplete version of a mineral, as it knows that it requires this mineral, and it will keep that section of the mineral, while waiting for the rest of the parts, in order to have a complete form of it! ~`Mineral SectionWhere Does It Store These Parts?
Our bodies will take the incomplete calcium and store it; for men, it will be held around the
heart/chest cavity; and for women, in and around the uterus!
For this reason, men will frequently have heart troubles, and women, of course will begin to have, female troubles! Fibroids, irregular periods, etc.
My Irregular Heartbeat!
I've had an irregular heart beat throughout most of my adult life. For many years, it would happen off and on. It didn't happen all of the time. ~`Heart Health SectionIt was in my later 40's that my heart would begin to flutter more often. In my early 50's my heart beat would begin to beat out of rhythm on a more frequent basis. When I was resting, as example on the couch, or in my bed at night, out of the blue my heart would beat erratically - it was very scary!
I Went To The Doctor!
I went to my doctor about this! My general practitioner took this very seriously and had many tests performed on me! What I came away with was, that: this condition was, normal for me!I didn't accept this as being an adequate response. If, you for example, had a regular heart beat; well, I wanted that for myself as well!
Magnesium Made My Heart Beat Normal
You will see, in the video below, that when I took a form of magnesium, my heartbeat became normal!
At first, I used a less than the best form of magnesium. I would put a few granules of magnesium sulfate,
by way of Epsom salts in to my drinking water. There is an oral dose, which is suggested - on a box (it is magnesium sulfate)
of Epsom salts, but I believe it is best when used very sparingly and on an infrequent basis!
Magnesium Glycinate
Eventually I found a form of magnesium that works very well; it is magnesium glycinate! Please see my
Preferred products section, below for the supplements that I use!
Today I still supplement, daily with magnesium and I avoid any supplements that contain
calcium! Cheese and dairy products that I eat, do have calcium; but I avoid eating these types
of food toward the end of the day. The mineral calcium will disturb my sleep as well.
So, I avoid calcium like the plaque!
Some forms of magnesium will act like a laxative on our digestive systems! I avoid those types!
I believe that some people, like myself are more sensitive to calcium's harmful effects! But, for the most part, a large percentage of people are magnesium deficient! ~`Magnesium The Section
Magnesium is the counter balance to calcium! One is the upbeat for the heart, calcium; and the other, magnesium performs the downbeat for the heart! Thus, a shortage of magnesium can spell big trouble for the average person's heart!
What Else Can Be Done?
I supplement daily with magnesium! Two or three times a day I will take a magnesium supplement! There are better forms of magnesium to take; I choose to take a Magnesium Glycinate! Some forms of magnesium will act like a laxative on our digestive systems! I avoid those types!
