Two Forms of Vitamin A

Vitamin A, refers to several different but related nutrients that can be divided into two main categories:

Retinoids (retinol) and carotenoids!

The Best Form? Retinol

Retinol, a.k.a. retinoid, is the better form, it is found only in animal forms, and is available to use by the body! It is known as the bioavailable form!

The Carotenoid Form

Carotenoids are a pro-vitamin form of A that your body must convert into the active form! The ability of the body to convert from a carotenoid to a retinol is impaired in many people!

My Experience

In my experience, I have found that when I use an animal-based vitamin A, my vision gets better! My night vision, for driving is improved, and my daytime vision is better!

Vitamin A Deficiency

Our immune system is more compromised when we don't get enough vitmin A. A lowered immune system can put people at risk for complications from infectious diseases.

A deficiency in this vitamin also contributes to hormanal imbalances, mood disorders, skin problems, thyroid dysfunction and fertility troubles.

Cod Liver Oil

There are many supplements that I take on a daily basic. Magneisum is a mineral that I need to get each and every day! A real vitamin C is another that I take daily. But, I also take a cod liver oil supplement: this is my source of both vitamins A and D!

Food Sources

Vitamin A is found in liver and eggs. What I find that helps my body to run most effectively is that I supplement with many minerals and vitamins. Vitamin A is found in Cod Liver Oil, and I use that to supplement every day!

You will see, down below in my video that my night time vision is much improved when I supplement with Cod Liver oil capsules, or when I find another great, retinol form of Vitamin A in supplement form!
This isn't health information, I am a cosmetologist and I only share what works well for myself and my family! I share through articles and through video!

A friend of mine explained to me the importance
of soaking and chewing apricot kernels.
I've put together a video
that explains how to do this and, why you might wish to do this if you are using apricot kernels for your health!
