Hey there Buttercups!
The other day I found this teriffic recipe for pan pizza!
It turns out that the pan pizza was introduced in 1980 by the Pizza Hut company!
Who knew???
Well, I followed the recipe, step by step and it came out just as it looks in the video just below!

I recommend it highly!
As I went along making this pizza I took pictures (see below) so that I could show you my work!
One thing I will change!
One thing I will do differently next time, however is that I'll cut the recipe for the dough in half; or just use half of the finished dough.The crust was way too tall! It came out as, way too much bread for my taste.
What I'll do in the future is to cut the dough in half - and spread it out, and that will make the right amount of dough for me!
By the way - the non-cooked pizza sauce was delicious! It tasted so zingy-fresh! Good stuff!
The beautiful ingredients! The pizza-dough is in the cast iron skillet!

Toppings: Black Olives, Onions, Pepperoni slices, Hot Pepperoncinis!

Mozarella in the middle, Colby-Jack around the perimeter!

Place it into the oven - on the lower rack!

Can place it on the burner to brown on the bottom! But, don't burn it!

Pan Pizza all done! Deeee-licious!
