Hi there! This is ~~~Nancy!
The crease on the earlobe is an indication of compromised or damaged arteries! ~`Artery Health and Repair And artery disease is linked to gum disease! They share a common bacteria and a common vitamin deficiency.
Gum recession is an indication of tissue that is damaged, and it is a reflection of what is going on in your artery department!
When arteries have an accumulation of plaque, they become constrained and the blood has more difficulty flowing! When that happens, creases will develop on skin because the blood flow is cut off! Wrinkles on skin are yet one more sign of damaged arteries.
High blood pressure can happen as a result of decreased blood flow as well. The blood has to pump harder to get through the veins and this increases the pressure! ~`Circulatory System Section
I've found a couple of ways to approach my artery wellness! One of the contributing as well as common factors, for both artery and gum disease is a deficiency of vitamin C in the diet.
Gum Disease & Heart Disease
Receding gums and damaged arteries are, for one thing, and indication of scurvy; which
is a condition brought about by a diet lacking vitamin C. Heart and artery problems are
connected to gum disease; they share the same bacteria in common.
I supplement almost daily with a real and complete form of vitmain C, but there are other supplements that I chose to take as well! ~`The Power of Vitamin C
Vitamins D3 and K2(as Mk7)
The vitamins D3 and K2 (as Mk7) are necessary as well, for stopping the formation of plaque on gum tissue and artery walls.D3 and K2(as Mk7) are responsible for maintaing a good calcium/magnesium balance! Calcium is one of the culprits in the appearance of plaque!
CoQ10 For Plaque
Very recently I was reminded about one other supplement!CoQ10!
I find that having a referral for vitamin and mineral supplements is a very important thing.
All supplements are not the same! Please note that I have a preferred product section, down below on all of the pages in my magazine!
Which CoQ10 To Use?
The liquid form of CoQ10 that I found is flavored, sweetened with a sugar
called Monk Fruit! It is low on the glycemic index, so it is a preferred type of sweetener. It tastes very good.
Which Vitamin C?
A vitamin C that is made with Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids is the best!
A complete vitamin C will contain many parts, one of which is a molecule of copper! Copper is vital to strong and flexible artery tissue! Copper Section
