Magneisum is the balance for calcium.
So I looked on this container of Yogurt and what did I find?
It has over 600 milligrams of calcium!
It had around 400 milligrams of potassium - which is great!
But it had no magnesium! It had all of that calcium and no magnesium!
And even though I could supplement with a magnesium capsule after eating this yogurt, I still don't want to do that to my body!

I don't want to undermine my body by adding that type of calcium to it!
Calcium is a mineral that I regard very seriously.
I see it as a drug.
And there isn't enough magnesium in our foods.
There hasn't been enough magnesium in our foods for a very long time. And it is not going to begin to happen now.
I supplement with magnesium three times a day!
Especially before I go to bed.
I no longer get Restless Leg Syndrome and I can sleep much more soundly - now that I supplement with magnesium.
I have started to take potassium on a daily basis as well.
I can't get enough potassium from the green vegetables that I eat.
It doesn't have enough, and I can't eat that much!
So I supplement with potassium.

I waited and watched and saw what it did to my body.
I could feel the tendons or the vessels in my feet begin to throb.
