My Bad Knee Story!
The last time that I wrote about my bad knees was when I was 61 years old! I JUST turned 65 the other week and I'd like to give you an update!A History Of Knee Problems
You'll see in the video, down below that I first went to a doctor for my knees I was in my mid 20s! At that time I didn't know anything about staying healthy through natural means as I do today!I've learned so much throughout the years!
Family History
It seems that bad joints run in my family, my mom, as example, had most all of her joints replaced! She had so much pain in her life!By the time my mom was older, I'd learned about magnesium, and how a deficiency in it can cause joint disease! I helped my mom in providing her with information about that in the last several years of her life. She lived to be 93 years old.

Crippling Arthritis
Both of my grandmothers also suffered from a great amount
of arthritis. The one grandma had a lot of trouble walking!
