A Nebulizer!

A nebulizer turns liquid into a mist!



A good solution for helping to reduce phlegm and create a better environment for the lungs and sinuses is to use of a nebulizer!

Just lately I got a recommendation from a friend to use a nebulizer!

I've used a cold-mist nebulizer in the past, but didn't understand what a nebulizer was!

I found a small, hand-held device that is called a nebulizer!

This device fits over the mouth and nose, and releases a steam that looses the phlegm and mucas that is blocking the airway!

This device worked very well indeed!

I've noticed also that the air in the house, in winter is very dry! So, I also equipped our home with a good room humidifier!

A cool mist vaporizer, which is great for all of my family, including the four-legged ones! They suffer from dry air and blocked nasal passages as well!


Vicks is one product that works well together with the steam effect of nebulizer-vaporizer systems! Vicks come in a liquid form that can be set inside of a nebulizer or into a nebulizer!

One of the first minerals I found was magnesium!
