The first thing that I feel while writing this is to say that I am no one, in particular at all on this earth. I am not a person of note. However, I run this magazine, Your Health And Tech Friend, so I have the ability to write an open letter, and for it to be seen.

So, on behalf, also of the many people who would share if they could, I am so very sorry.

My husband and I live in Cleveland, Ohio, I've been running this website for the past 10 years.

We've enjoyed so much freedom in this country, for so long and it is easy today, to see that we take it so very much for granted.

The reason for our freedom is that people, like the 13 who lost their lives this past week, have given us the ability to be free.

Actions, such as these men and women had taken, joining the United States military, training and serving, is what brings us our freedom. No matter how long they serve, or where and in what capacity, it is the joining, the willingness to serve, that affords us this freedom.

I had much more to say today, but this is enough for now.

God bless you so very much, and your families. You have all lost a hero this past week.

Their lives should not have been lost!

But they certainly did not die in vain.

Sincerely yours,

Nancy Gurish,
Editor
