Hi there!
Every morning - almost without fail, I eat my three soft boiled eggs
(or medium - however they come out); with seasonings on them and - of course -
Olive Oil on them - because it keeps my HDL at 83! Which is a powerfully good HDL.
Recently I've incorporated something else into my breakfast regimine -
and I'm attempting to be very, very loyal to this! It is a small piece of an orange rind!
Specifically, what is called the pith - the white part of the rind.
This is 'part two' of my artery health and my stroke prevention tactic!
