To prepare one/half a drop:  prepre one drop MMS to one drop citric acid:  and then, after the three minutes; add your water.... and then, discard one/half of that mixture; you will have one-half drop in your cup.

MMS is one example of the many products I've found, through the use of

the internet.  This is one reason for my website (Your Health And Tech Friend).  Through the use of the internet, the personal computer, I have been able to find help for my own health/self-care issues and those of my family.

Some pieces of information I have to share, which comes from personal experience, are as follows:


Using a very dry cup/container is necessary.  If there is water or moisture in the cup/glass, then the MMS will not combine properly.



I use a 'sundae' cup or a cup with a hollow at the bottom because the MMS and the Citric Acid Solution need to interact; combine, mix properly in order to activate.  If the bottom of your container is flat; or is 'shallow'  - not deep, then the two solutions: the MMS and the Citric Acid cannot combine (meet) to interact as they need to.

Those are two pieces of information I have to share from my personal experience.

The reason I prefer a 'sundae cup' is that the cup comes to a shallow point inside, where the MMS solution and the citric acid solution can mix together well.  If the cup or container has a flat bottom; the two liquids would not easily blend.  You may gently shake the mixture, to blend it...  It should turn a medium-dark, to dark color brown or gold; depending on how strong of a mix you are preparing.  A 1 : 1 drop ratio, or 2 : 2 drops; is a lighter golden color when it is processed, after approximately 3 minutes.  Set a timer for three minutes.  Don't get too excited about this timer; three minutes, to five minutes is fine from my experience.  I don't use a timer anymore.  I just wait until the color is brownish; and mix in the desired amount of water;

(Update: I do not use tap water at all for use with Miracle Mineral Supplement - The miracle mineral solution will de-activate, upon contact with bacteria: if there is bacteria in tap water - the mms solution will be 'used up' on that bacteria: rendering it useless, or less-powerful, within the body. Therefore: I only use distilled water for my mms. Your Health And Tech FriendAnother piece of information I have from my own experience is that both the bottle of  MMS and the bottle of Citric Acid, have tops which (in order to open) you must 'depress' - so that the lid opens and is able to pour dropplets:  my suggestion is to point the opening away from your face; so that when you press down on the lid - you do not squirt either the MMS or the Citric Acid, which would hurt if you sprayed yourself in the eye.  This may be obvious to some; however, I did get sprayed in the face a bit at one point,  when the bottle was facing me.

These are small pieces of information with regard to the use or instructions of preparing and using MMS - however, they were very important to me, and I had to find out from trial and error, or by personal experience.












All I have to give you are suggestions.  From what I've read in the past:  the first bottles of MMS and Citric Acid were solutions which required 1 drop of MMS to 3-5 drops of Citric Acid; this must have been about two years ago (2010); it is currently June 2012.

After that time:  the newer bottles of MMS were a solution which required a 1:1 ratio.  One drop of MMS to one drop of Citric Acid.
That is the ratio I am currently preparing.

So, read the instructions which come with the bottles of MMS.  Whatever instructions are included with the bottles.


Look to websites on the internet which may detail the exact (near exact) instructions for MMS use(s). 

It is my opinion that there are no 'exact' protocols, and there is no exact scientific data for this and other materials that are available today, such as colloidal silver,  bentonite clay; zeolite ... etc.  I'll be looking into diatomaceous earth? spelling?  I am interested in learning about that for self care and for our pet. 

The best I can do is to read extensively about any product.  And then proceed with great caution.

What I/we can share on the internet has to be shared carefully.

No one should use any of these products to medicate or prescribe for, or to remedy anything.  Nothing I say on this page should be taken as a medical suggestion.

After mixing the MMS with the Citric Acid, a timer is set for three (3) minutes.

I've read that you may leave it for 5 minutes;


After the timer (3-5 minutes)  you then add water;

From the experience I've had and those of my friends; we have determined it best to use distilled water.

Distilled water does not contain bacteria; as tap water would.

So, if you were to begin with tap water, the MMS would need to destroy itself, by destroying the bacteria in the tap water....
So in order to preserve the MMS solution in it's right form, use distilled water.  Save the bacteria fighting properties for where you want them to be.


 This is my experience.

Please remember there is no exact science in this material; whatever you determine to do would be your own conclusion.  I've come to my own conclusions on this product and it's use in my life.  You must come to your own decisions and determinations.

Please seek all sources of information and suggestions you can find - on the internet or elsewhere before using any product such as MMS.

I believe  that the idea foremost in my mind, behind this magazine is that disease is preventable... not only preventable but it can be changed.  Diseases can be greatly lessened or reversed in many ways.

Correction from a diseased state can happen in many ways.  Changing your lifestyle, (I personally know that this is about the most difficult way in which to prevent disease.)  In the last 10 years of life I quit a 15+ year cigarette smoking habit.  Cigarettes were a large part of my life.  I started back when it was truly 'cool' to smoke.  That habit, for one, is ingrained in many parts of a person's being. 



Stopping drinking alcohol, for me was not an easy task; I am in recovery from alcoholism.  But 'in recovery' is the place I'm at and it is a very nice place to be.  I am gratefully recovering from the state of mind of chronic alcoholism.  Those are two lifestyle changes that can prevent disease in my life.

Food.... oh, that is a large part of my interest.  When did food stop coming from natural places?  When did it actually stop being food?  Margarine is one molecule away from being plastic: many people are aware of that fact.  How much more is there to learn?  Alot.





This has not been easy for me to wrap my mind around.  I for one, believed that when I purchased soy-based formula for my baby, I believed I was doing something good.  What was really happening because of that?  Not good I found out later.

When my child was a baby I made her baby food... cooked it from 'real' food and blended it in a food processor.  'Thought I was doing a good job, but did the food I purchased have nutrition... not that I know of now.  Today I know that our soil has been depleted of minerals for a very long time.

Minerals... where were the minerals?  I didn't know.  You don't know what you don't know - as we say today.

Now I know differently.  Now I have made some of those changes in our home, dietary changes.  Beginning with where my food comes from.  Being aware there are differences in food.

Cost?  I've found that organic food is not 'expensive' as we've thought.  Fake 'organic' food from most large grocery stores is very expensive.  But, when you find a grocery store such as Whole Foods or even Trader Joes, you can at least begin to find food with some mineral content...  and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.    I shop at either Whole Foods or Trader Joes; traditional grocery stores will sell 'organic' food: I don't know what it actually is, and they charge top dollar for it. 

What I have come to know is that the smaller amount I spend on this food,

will save me big on co-pays,

for one thing.  In the longer run, my family and I may not have to spend large quantities of cash on an illness; not on prescription drugs, not to begin to mention the large quantity of suffering or

pain from illness
.  Loss of time on illness.  Loss of quality of life on illness.  Those are large payments to make.
