Hi! A friend of mine explained to me the importance of soaking and chewing apricot kernels. This is a way of getting the enzymes to release from inside of the kernels. Soaking seeds is know to do this and also to remove mold, as seeds and nuts develop mold from the amount of time it takes between the packaging, shipping and storage. Chewing the kernels is essential in how the B17 and (amygdalin) works inside of the body. The amygdalin mixes with our saliva which activates the substance.
