In this video I put it on bread. What I've done later was to use it in hot tea. I felt that using hot tea would help it to be more absorptive. And under the tongue (the mouth) is 'vascular' so this product would get better into my blood stream. I've found it to be a good thing. Remember this is not health or medical information.
