How to download YouTube videos to your (ios device) so that you can view videos 'off line.

Go in to the Ap Store on your device ... click on 'Downloads'

Click the 'first ap you see' in the download manager.

Click the download button: wait for it to download.

Then - click the 'open button'.

Go in to YouTube and find the video that you want.

Go to the video and click on share and the 'video address' URL opens up.

Copy the URL address
