I just found out about Sunflower Lecithin from Leda Lum's video channel!
Recently I spoke about taking Lecithan! But I didn't know about the
different sources! It looks as if the one to use is lecithin from Sunflowers ~ not from soy!
I will be steering away from using any Soy products!
Lecithin can also be sourced from eggs! One day I will look at the origin of lecithin! See Leda's video below,
