Apple Pectin And Vitamin D3 For Artery Health

Cholesterol deposits (pockets) on the eyes and face indicate an
excess of oil (sebum) on the arteries!

When I take Apple Pectin and Vitamin D3 I don't

have a problem with sebum buildup!

I actually consider Apple Pectin and Vitamin D3 to be my Cholesterol pills!

There are places on my face, my eyes and other spots where the oil gathers from the LDL forming within my arteries.

These are called cholesterol pockets!

Lately I lapsed on these two supplements and it showed remarkably on my face!

So I started taking them again and within two days I could see improvement.
The sebum gathering at my eye lashes has been disappearing!

This seems to be

the supplement combination

that works for my cholesterol!
The vitamins need to be good quality brands~ not generic!

There is an article, a video and products for you below!

Remember this isn't health advice! It's just what I do!

A quick note!

I take Apple Pectin any time of day, starting with one per day, then two per day at meals. But it can be taken without food. Vitamin D3 is an oil vitamin, so it needs to be taken with food. ~~~Nancy
