(it broke off at the point where the tooth reached the root).

In the process a deep cavity that I'd had for over a decade began to heal.
The cavity has healed to a good extent: and continues to grow and repair.

For the first 4 - 6 weeks I went heavy on the vitamins and supplements and broth, as well as the gelatin. I let up after the tooth had some stability. Now I take vitamins more in moderation.

The Vitamins

I chose this vitamin C because it may be easier to swallow - and can be opened and sprinkled into water (don't add to a **sugar drink). Viva Naturals Premium Non-GMO Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids and Rose Hips, 1000mg, 250 Veg Caps

Hi. This is an open letter to you

listing the supplements - with strengths

and doses; and brand suggestions that I used.

One of the most important minerals was

Sulfur ++ See more below (bottom) - I used a LOT OF SULFUR.

Pure angstrom sized sulfur -

It is used for healing as well as for pain. MSM could be used for this (in it's proper dose).


I took about a half cup - 4 or 5 times a day for the first two weeks.

I attribute a lot of the healing to this one mineral.

Fat Soluble Vitamins

Vitamin A* (see info and video below)

Vitamin D3** (see below)

Vitamin E^^ (start with low dose; especially if there is


high blood pressure) but if used

it will help to correct blood pressure.


Vitmain K2***

*Vitamin A Fat Soluble - take with food


Vitamin A from Fish Liver Oil I'd start with 1 - a day: increase after 3 days - to 2 and then 3: w/25,000 IU (as above in list).


If a headache comes - drop back to 1.

If brain cancer were present or suspected:

(I know that sounds extreme; but that is the info I got -

you can take it emulsified Vitamin A. (See ' - video below')


- but increase gradually.
So - it's generally safe even if it were present.

Just go slowly up in dose.

** Vitamin D3 Fat Soluble - take with food.

That is the info that I have and that I use.


Vitamin D-3 5,000 IU
NOW brand 240 Softgels (see above in list).


Men need more D3 than women. This is 5,000 IU
I would take 2 of these 3 times a day;

(I'm about 130 pounds.)
for about one week and then I'd increase to 3 - 3x per day.
We all can use a lot of D3!

^^ Vitamin E


Fat soluable - take with food

Vitamin E-1000 IU-100 Softgels (see brand suggestion above in list).

If high blood pressure; (get medical advice ~ )
One needs to consider this*. Then start with one per day;

increase after 1 week (approximation) use your judgement.

*I'd take three of these a day. Start with 1 and work up.

Vitmain K2 is fat soluble - take with food.

***K2 (is for bone health)

There is Vit K1 and K2: both are for blood and bone health
but K1 is more specific to blood - K2 more specific to bone health.

(Please see my video which describes why this is if you are interested.)

Vitamin K is considered a 'group' of vitamins it is confusing on the net. [K1 is more specific to blood coagulation - so if blood thinners are used
one would wish to look at K1 before they use it.



Water Soluble Vitamins


Vitamin B Complex (see brand suggestion in list above).

++ Vitamin C - water soluble (brand suggestion above). - Take w/ or w/o food; space apart from any sugar, which will make it not work.

For healing I use 1 - 4x per day]

1 capsule 3 times per day (for a few days) - then increase to 4 times.
If it is 1000mg, no more should be needed than 4 x per day.

Increase this C slowly; because it will act as an anti-biotic
and cause diarrhea - it really will kill viruses in the
body. It happened for me when I took three of them w/in 3 hours. Frequent high doses causes it to act as an antibiotic. Ask me about this sometime nancy.koncilja.gurish@gmail.com
[It will help with cancer.]

High doses and within a four or six hour time frame will help to stop a virus.

If it's a real Vitamin C (brand suggestion above in list).

Minerals

^^^ Magnesium

^^ (200 - 600 mg) per day (recomended
by a chiropractic doctor (Dr Carolyn Dean) I've seen lately; if the stool get's loose
then you drop back in dose;

but it will help greatly with lots

of conditions. She said 'an absorbable type'. I'm finding that most brands are.



Highest Level of Absorption, Magnesium 200 mg

MSM can be used for a source of sulfur.

Sulfur is used for both growth and pain.

Foods I Used

Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Collagen, Pure Flavor

or - cook chicken, or beef

bones - in water - put in 1 tablespoon or so of

vinegar -- this brings out the glucosamane chondroiten

out of the bones;

and REALLY works for us for healing

these types of issues. I used it for about one week; just

until I felt enough success

-- I could have used it longer;

Jello

- for it's gelatin - many ppl don't want the sugar;
Gelatin

Gelatin is an easy source and supplement for healing!




P.S. Take the dosages as a ballpark - I was heavy on my doses for the first four - seven weeks. That was when I got a large

amount of tissue (growth) I knew it was working so I dropped back on the supplements. I got the teeth and gums solid enough to feel that I was going to be okay.
When the tooth cracked, my gums were very soft also.
