What Is Insulin Resistance?

50% of our population will find, that one day their cells have become resistant to insulin.
With an onslought of insulin, eventually the cell walls, close the door to insulin and stop receiving it.

This sets up a cycle of the production of even more insulin and then, health complications begin to develop. The cells will no longer take in the hormone insulin!

What Does It Cause?

Among other health problems, Type II Diabetes is one that is brought on by insulin resistance. see the video below. There is help and these health concerns can be reversed out!

Pre-diabetes comes to us over time when the body is generating too much insulin. Most of us will be told to make changes to our diet when we are told we have pre-diabetes.

The Keto diet can help in bringing good foods into our body! I have used this method in my home to reverse out some illness for my family.

What Can Be Done?

The foods that are used in the Keto Diet Plan of eating are foods that will help to stop the process of insulin resistance.

The foods that are left behind when eating the Keto-way, 1) white flours, 2) most all sugars 3) simple carbohydrates that convert to sugar; are the foods that help to create the viscious cycle of insulin resistance.

The body tissues that are damaged, the cellular damage, can be reversed by changing the food! That is one very important part, of the healing treatment plan.

Some supplements can help with this as well. Vitamins D3 and K2 are two important nutrients. I take them every day!

Magnesium will help with this because it keeps calcium in check! And calcium is one bad mineral in our bodies!

Boron is another good mineral that I personally use. What I prefer is a multi-mineral supplement that includes boron.

Three of the signs of pre-diabetes are: 1) increased appetite, 2) excessive thirst or 3) having increased urination.
