It has long been said that the gut is our second brain!

Our body will respond on many levels to the stress in our life! And the intestinal tract, is place that will be affected by emotions!

Constipation!

The intestines, as example can become constricted, much as do the other tissues in our body, when we are feeling anxiety, stress, anger, etc. The gut mirrors the brain's activity!

We should have a bowel movement, one, two or more times every single day!
