On another note: A friend of mine explained to me the importance of soaking and chewing apricot kernels.
I've put together a video that explains how to do this and, why you might wish to do this if you are using apricot kernels for your health! ~~~Nancy Gurish/

What Happened!? ~ Carrie Fisher

Hi! This is ~~~Nancy from YouTube!

At 11:00 PM Eastern time last night when I arrived home

I saw the news about Carrie Fisher.

First of all, God Bless you Carrie Fisher! My prayers are with you!

Now – what happened?

I looked up her Carrie’s bio and found that she and I are the same age!
In case you don’t know me, my name is ~~~Nancy Gurish

I am a Cosmetologist (see video below!) and I look for ways to stay healthy!

through natural means!

I’ve got some thoughts about what happened to Carrie on that plane

I’d like to share with you what I believe happened to her.

It was in the news that Carrie had an admitted history of drug use.

The news people seem to be connecting her heart attack with her drug use.

But there is something that happens on long flights

that can happen to any of us ~

Carrie was near the end of a long flight from the UK to the US.

"Blood clots can sometimes form in your legs during air travel because you are immobile for long periods of time, often sitting in cramped spaces with little leg room. While commonly referred to as economy class syndrome, the clinical term for this type of blood clot is deep vein thrombosis (DVT). … read more …

This is how I see that seems most probable as the cause of

what happened to Carrie – it came upon her near the end of that flight!

This can happen on long car trips too.

Some people take an aspirin to keep their blood thin before

long flights or car trips.

This is called Deep Vein Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolism

In this type of situation the condition of the heart becomes

the secondary issue. So her drug use history doesn’t come into play here.

Remember! I’m a Cosmetologist, not a doctor!

Peace Buttercups!
