When I woke up today what came to mind was

that it'd be a good idea to look to preventing

this one condition known as Morgellons Disease

One specific supplement to use for this would be

L-Lysine ~ and I've seen this to be true.

Personally it has worked for me for a specific

skin condition. Morgellon's shows itself in the skin.

Taking minerals would be a large help.

A good form of absorbable minerals.
For me - I use epsom salts every day in a

glass of water - 2 - 3 glasses a day.

The magnesium from the epsom salts does many things,

in this case it would be yet one more barrier against

the possibility of Morgellons from happening.
