Vitamin A, Vitamin E And B12

Vitamin B12 is necessary for a healthy nervous system.


It helps with our senses of taste, sight and hearing and can

help with troubles such as visual disturbanes, or chronic tinnitus.


Some food sources of Vitamin B12 are lean meats, fish,

eggs and dairy products!


These are three vitamins that can help with the condition of Tinnitus!
