Hi!
This is ~~~Nancy from YouTube!

Every morning - almost without fail, I eat my three
soft boiled eggs with seasonings on them and - of course -

Olive Oil on them - because it keeps my HDL at 83!

Which is a powerfully good HDL.

What I have incorporated into my breakfast is this
and I'm attempting to be very, very loyal to this!
It is a small piece of an orange rind!
Specifically, what is called the pith, the white part of the rind.

This is 'part two' of my artery health and my stroke prevention tactic!

Part One of my artery health is Olive Oil!

I'm not a big fan of having a stroke,
I don't think most people are. At this very moment I have
two friends in different stages of stroke rehabilitation.
And I am keeping them in my prayers.

Lots of illness and disease can be avoided and some,
can be reversed out with the right type of Health Solution!

When I find answers ~ I'll let you know!
