If there's anything I know about, it's fear and anxiety!
Much of my life was spent in having anxiety over unknown
I've got anxiety disorder
, panic attacks, the whole thing! But I know that I'm not alone!
Most of the fears we
have never happen
And many times when we have anxiety it is over
things of the past, or unknowns of the future!
What helped me to lose some of my anxiety was learning to live in today,
to live and stay in the present!
The best help I've had was to learn how to use prayer, to stay in today!
Some have called this, living in
Manageable chunks of time!
I didn't have good success at this technique until I added some prayer and meditation into my daily routine!
My anxiety level has dropped considerably but it has taken me time to learn!
Practice in using prayer, and repetition of turning situations over
to God, takes time!
But I did it, and you can too!
Each morning I read a passage out of one of my daily
meditation readers! And then I say some prayers. Lately I have been saying the Rosary.
The daily reader helps to get my mind in to a quieter place! And then God can come in!
In time, it gets better and easier to turn things over

yourself in your own home! If you can have
the house to yourself for a day! Try and make that
