I have known for some time now that eating less meat is better for our health! And in fact a Plant Based diet is best.

I'm making a more gradual change for my
family by incorporating nuts and seeds
into our meals!

Tonight I added a mix of nuts, seeds and raisins to a garden salad, and I actually was able to find a salad dressing that didn't contain soybean oil!

That is a challenge!

  • Pumpkin Seeds

Nuts and seeds are a nutrient dense food! They have trace minerals, my favorite being magnesium!
