We each have an intrinsic aka internal body clock also known as our Circadian Rythm.

In recent years I have found that it is very important for me to maintain a consistent sleep-wake cycle.

In my lifetime I have always had difficulty in getting to sleep; way more than in staying asleep! ~`

There are two parts to my sleep problem however!

One thing that I must do is to supplement, daily with a magnesium glycinate tablet! That is extremely important for me!

Magnesium is a smooth muscle relaxor, so it is valuable for anyone who suffers from trouble sleeping; or from anxiety! ~`

But something else became evident to me!
My sleep timing pattern was involved too!

For me, if I wake up past 7:00 a.m. - I have found that I will definately have trouble in falling asleep that night!

My body clock calls for me to be awake before 7:00 a.m.! It is that specific!

As for going to bed, it seems that most people agree it is best to go to bed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

That has always been a problem for me! As I have heard someone say lately, they 'don't like to give up on the day' and go to bed!

I don't either! It seems childish, and maybe it is, but I still don't like to go to bed at night!

I like to read some also, in bed. That involves yet another problem!

The good news is that for me, magnesium supplementation as well as a regular sleep time does work to fix my long time sleep problem!
