Today I'm drawn to looking at my thyroid!

I'll talk more of this as we go!

My blood work points out hypothyroidism!
I'm going to use foods and supplements to
look for correction with my thyroid numbers!

Below is a listing of the supplements I'm using.

I'll keep you up to date with how it

  • 1) Coconut Oil (1 teaspoon per day)
  • 2) Black Walnut!
  • 3) Vitamin D

*One day I'll tell you an interesting story about Black Walnut and me!

Another source of help is from Ginger. Chewing on
Ginger or drinking Ginger Tea.

One cup of Ginger Tea w/1 Tablespoon of honey 4 x per day!
